foldschool is a collection of free cardboard furniture for kids, handmade by you. The downloadable patterns can be printed out with any printer. Follow the instructions and assemble a stable piece of furniture.

The furniture available through foldschool is designed by Swiss-based architect Nicola Enrico Stäubli.

The new concept of Smånsk is to redesign and modernize the Rococo shape itself in new materials. The table “Jean Pape” and the commode “Haupt” are derived from pixelated original rococo blueprints.

Libri” as received the ‘+1 Award’ at the Stockholm Furniture Fair, ‘Best New Product Design 2008’.
Libri is a storage solution suitable for our nomadic lifestyle.

Libri shelf in white or black lacquered ash wood can be used as a single unit attached to the wall.
It can also be combined with addtional Libri shelves assembled in width along the wall or right out from the wall as a room divider
or even back to back to become a free standing shelving system. The legs are equipped with adjustability in height for uneven floors,
and they can be adjusted after the shelf/shelves has/have been attached to the wall or to each other.

Restructuration of public spaces of the Eiffel Tower

In celebration of the 120th birthday of the tower, the Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel decided to restructure the public reception and access areas of the tower. The proposal of SERERO Architects aims to create a temporary horizontal extension of the third floor of the tower in order to increase the quality of the access of the public as well as experiencing the fantastic 360 degrees sight of Paris.

The Italian Copper Institute promotes a competition for the creation and design of objects made with copper or its alloys.
Topic of the competition
The design of a home décor object whose realization provides for the use, in a proper and significant way, of copper or its alloys (brass, bronze, cupronickel, etc.).
Design criteria
The objects to be designed must be meant for a home environment and, as a rough guide, can be one of the following categories:
• Furniture (chairs, tables, coffee tables, bookcases)
• Furniture complements (coat hangers, magazine racks and book shelves, vases)
• Coverings and decorations (wall coverings, dividing walls, doors)
• Functional elements (radiators, lamps, lights)
It is possible to combine and/or integrate more materials in the project; in any event the parts made of copper or its alloys must have an important and major role in the overall manufacturing of the object designed. The design must enhance the aesthetic and performing qualities of copper and its alloys.
The competition is divided in two categories:
• Interior designers and architects not older than 40 years of age (on the expiration day of the competition notice), individually or in a group or employed in the sector.
• Individual students or groups of students, regularly enrolled in higher education schools of graphics, interior decorating, interior design, faculties of architecture and interior design, doctorates, masters and equivalent courses, coordinated by at least one teacher of the course.
The participation in the competition is free of charge.
The following prizes could be awarded:
Designers and Architects category
• 1st prize € 4.000
• 2nd prize € 2.500
Students category
• 1st prize € 1.500
